Account & Data Erasure Portal

In strict compliance with Google Play User Data Policies, Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v), and global privacy standards (GDPR / Australian Privacy Principles).

Warning: Irreversible Action. Requesting account deletion permanently wipes all registered stock, ultrasound diagnostic scans, embryo transfer histories, and issued certificates. Once executed, this data cannot be retrieved, restored, or recovered by our support team.

Method 1: In-App Direct Deletion (Immediate Self-Service)

If you currently have the ABP Pro mobile application installed on iOS or Android, you can initiate immediate self-service account erasure directly from your device:

Open the ABP Pro application on your mobile device.
Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Select Settings → Delete Account.
Read the warning prompt detailing the specific data records to be purged.
Type DELETE into the confirmation field and tap Permanently Delete My Account.

Note: In-app deletion executes an immediate atomic wipe of all personal profile data, animals, photos, and linked credentials.

Method 2: Web Deletion Request (For Users Without App Access)

If you have uninstalled the application or cannot access your mobile device, submit your registered account details using the verified web form below:

What Data is Permanently Deleted?

Executing an account deletion permanently purges the following records across our database and cloud storage clusters:

Profile & Credentials: Full name, email address, password credentials, and authentication security tokens.
Animal Registry: All registered mares, stallions, canine litters, cats, and stock profiles.
Anatomical Photos & Markings: Tri-view profile photos, facial markings, and physical identification notes.
Breeding Records: Cover dates, breeding methods (Natural Cover, AI, ICSI), and embryo transfer donor/recipient relationships.
Gestation & Scans: Ultrasound examination dates, pregnancy confirmation flags, attending vets, and foaling countdowns.
Surgical Records: Caslick surgical tracking and fetal sexing scan records.
Offspring Records: Foal and puppy registries, birth weights, collar tag codes, and colostrum IgG antibody test results.
Contacts Directory: Private address book records for attending veterinarians, farriers, dentists, and commercial clients.
Calendar Reminders: Breeding milestone reminders and healthcare notification schedules.

Data Retention Timeline

Upon confirmation of the deletion request via email verification token, all operational database records and cloud storage ultrasound files are deleted immediately (within 24 to 48 hours). Anonymized transaction records required by financial or tax laws (such as Apple StoreKit or Google Play payment receipts) are retained strictly as required by applicable tax statutory retention periods.
